💙 An Unforgettable Experience at the NYSHCP – New York State Association of Health Care Providers (HCP) 2025 💙

What an absolute honor it was for Beacon Health Group PC to once again be part of the HCP Home Care Conference in the beautiful and peaceful Pearl River, NY. Every year, this event reminds us of the power, purpose, and heart that drive our industry forward, and this year was truly something special.

To be surrounded by so many passionate, dedicated professionals who live and breathe home care was both humbling and inspiring. We’re beyond grateful to the HCP Association and the entire organizing team for creating an event that not only informs but uplifts everyone who attends. Year after year, you set the standard for excellence, and we are honored to continue supporting this incredible community.

This year, we had the privilege to present and speak about “The Growth Formula” sharing insights on how to

Marina, your energy and leadership light up every room you enter. You are the definition of commitment and heart, and we are so proud to have you lead the way for us. 💫

Beyond the conference sessions and networking, what makes HCP so special is the people. Our friends, clients, and partners have become like family. Spending time with all of you, sharing stories, laughter, and ideas reminds us why we do what we do. Home care isn’t just a profession. It’s a calling, a community, and a family.

Over 50 amazing leaders and trailblazers from across the home care space came together for one unforgettable evening. We shared incredible food, big ideas, and even bigger laughs. It wasn’t just a dinner. It was a celebration of everything we stand for: collaboration, friendship, and the shared love for this beautiful mission of care. Without question, this was one of our best dinners yet.

And last but definitely not least, I want to give a big shoutout to my 6AM gym crew Jim Rolla, LMSW Simone Mayhew Andrea Brown Andrea Thomas Volter Dalzon Irisi Dulo/Dalzon Emina Poricanin for the early morning energy, laughs, and motivation. Working out together every morning set the tone for greatness, a reminder that when you start your day with strength, discipline, and teamwork, there’s nothing you can’t achieve.
